this picture is calm and excellent.
"the light and the shadow"is the big theme for me too.
I think that in your photos more darkness may be effective to express the feeling of existence.

It's an interesting one - did you do anything to the colours, here? I get the feeling that the yellows and/or greens have been reduced to emphasise the red - although I'm not sure of that.

Good sharpness, particularly on the uppermost flower, and good depth of field.

Hi Flory.
Snow in August...?? That sounds weird!! It is said, that in Denmark there has been temperatures below 0 degr. centegr. measured in all of the twelvemonths since the year 1900, but I have never seen snow in this month!
Excellent captured - you feel the coldness - the flakes are clear!
I have tried a WS with that white thing...hope you don't mind.
