Fantastic shot, I've tried similar and know how hard the timing and composition of these shots can be. Shame the gull is a bit blurry, I'm guessing 1/250 wasn't quite quick enough to freeze him... maybe flash or higher ISO might have done the trick here. I don't think it's dof here that is the culprit? Your Nikon has captured some wonderful colours, and the blue sleeve works nicely. Also a shame about the headless bird in the background, but the foreground gull makes up for it.
Very entertaining shot, made from a good snail macro. I like the surrealness of this. I think your photo is a good metaphor for the English rail system!
Great hoverfly shot, amazing dof. Shame about the artifacting at the bottom left of the frame, could you not have saved your JPEG with more quality? At the moment it's about 50k.
Gorgeous abstract, and would look great in the room where I teach guitar!
Wowsers, what a shot! Great timing. Normally, I would have been critical of someone on the edge of the frame facing out, but for some reason this doesn't bother me here... the sun pulls my attention back from the left hand edge of the frame.
Beautiful shot, the colours are outstanding. Great use of negative space. I don't know why you compressed this shot so much when submitting though, there is bad artifacting around the parachutist, who could be a tad sharper.
Wonderful make-up, great lighting, gorgeous skin tones and I like the expression captured. But it's a real shame it's so out of focus... is this because it was too near for the camera which might not have a good enough macro setting? Or was it down to camera shake, which is amplified when shooting close-up? Or did the camera not achieve a focus-lock properly?
Great shot, very good timing. I think you could have rescued a lot more shadow detail though, see the workshop I left for you. The contrast is a little high here for my liking.

Fabulous shot, very imaginative and well carried out. You also have a great portfolio!
