You have done a beautiful job with the flower. It just explodes at one. I agree with all your advice about over sharpening with the silvereyes. Your advice is most helpful and I will watch for this in future.

It is nice to see some lovely photos from the Hawke's Bay. The brilliant yellow in the centre of the flower makes it look as if a light has been turned on.

A lovely clear shot of a hover fly (two wings - honey bees have four wings), I like the contrast of the plant. It is hard to get hover flies to settle long enough for a photograph. Well done!
