This is a lovely shot of this Snow Leopard.
You captured the yellow eyes superbly and they are a great aspect of the photo.
Spot-on focusing with lots of detail and good clarity.
A thoughtful composition and good POV.
The lighting is not great which is a shame. The dappled highlights on the head are blown which is a slight distraction, however that is something that is out of your control and couldn't be helped (except for a HDR composite which doesn't always look very natural).

I love the mountains on the horizon and how the different shades of blue are layered.

Like Vicma said, I find it hard to comment on an abstract shot like this which is personal to the photographer. What goes on in each person's mind are often very different to the next and so this could mean something completely different to one person than it is to you. However, I think I'm on the same track as you on this one.
The title says it all and sums up the photo for me.
I can almost see a bloodied figure in the centre with the surrounding "soul" almost exploding out from him or maybe throbbing around him like an aura.
To comment technically is nigh on impossible because this kind of photo doesn't rely on being technically good one bit.
Excellent PP work and photographic vision has created a very thought-provoking and powerful shot in my opinion, so well done, Joe!
