Excellent shot, the choice of background with the sky just becoming black where the bird is is perfect. There is real feeling of space. I might have cropped the sky on the right, to get a complete uniform feel to this, but either way its vg. Welcome to TL! well done.

too sharp. good angle but.... have you ever seen a photo like this in a mag? There is nothing wrong with doing new things, but this feels too fake, and yeah, maybe i am conditioned to softer fashion shots, but i don't enjoy this shot.

it is actually a Lamborghini, and i hope when i have a mid-life crisis, it will involve a car of a similar calibre.... nice shot.

Another idea i will have to try, TL is a good source of inspiration! The combination of these two doesn't seem especially strong to me, just more of the same. perhaps if one was in focus and of the same tree you blurr in p2? or an equal and opposite photo - practically the mirror of p2? anyway, an interesting result. well done.

The motion blur has definitaly made this shot stand out, but 35s? surely 3.5?! If 35s its a very steady ship and a pensive person on the deck. I didn't realise they still had these old ships in operation, they must look very grand on the river. Great result, well done.

A real frame filler with the bright colours and off centre composition working well together.
The colour seems very natural, i think the back flash has worked well. i don't really recognise the middle section, but i guess the light is stronger here. I might be tempted to fill it in, if it were dark, black, the orange part would seem brighter and the details would seem stronger.
Good luck with the comp!!

I like this too, but the over exposure is a little strong, and i wish the pattern was more contained in the photo.
the texaco symbol is a good choice as it is a recognisable symbol round the world, and having it stop at the edge of the picture works well.
Good shot.
