Hello Anneke!
May in Norway can be a cold and grey experience - or an explosion of light and colors if you are more lucky with the weather (like in this photo).
Nice composition here, and you have captured very well the bright colors of spring.

By the way.. April and May are the best months for skiing in the mountains north of the polar circle. Perhaps you should bring your winter gear next time you have such an early vacation!? :-)

In late April - or more certainly in May, we can expect to see a lot of Tussilago up here in the north..
A very nice composition - and the flower is nicely isolated from the background. I often have problem with this kind of background in a macroshot, but here it works really well.

Your bathing pictures from NZ have made me order a holiday to the Canaries in early March..
(Well.. there were several other reasons as well! :-)
Again a nice composition. The moment is perfectly frozen. Very well done to capture both these two in the jump - even in good positions.

You found a very good POV there, it feels almost a bit scary with this high cliff below..
Great composition, those climbers are a good measure of the distances and heigts here - and you have kind of a spotlight on that area - very good. Sharpness, clarity and feeling of depth is very good.

Very nice composition!
I like your use of the differnt lines here - the diagonal from the skilift and the groomed ski run!
Good texture of the snow, excellent DOF, and the low sun angle is important to show up the foreground. Colors are also fine, with a good white balance.

I like this composition a lot.
Your horizon is high, opening for a big and very interesting FG.
Amazing colors and texture of the water and the stones/sand under water. The boat is fine to add a point of interest in a good position. Good depth from the close FG to the distant mountains.
