Hi Blair! I haven't been here for awhile. I like the photo! Composition is very good. You have a very good eye! The horizon is a bit canted. There is a bit of a misty look to the whole photo. was it like that when you shot it? No matter how you slice it, you done good!
By the way, I looked at the workshop that was done. I for one do not think that adding a frame immediately improves a photograph. When I sell photos they are framed and matted, so that they are ready to hang on a wall. Here, on the web, I just want to see the photo. You have done very well in that respect. The workshop the other individual did really did not improve much on what you had already done.
Keep up the very good work! You are getting much better, and that is good to see!

I am assuming that this is an HDR technique? Overall the composition is very good, but I am not a fan of this surreal look. You should load the original as a workshop, so we can see what you have done. You provided us with no note, so we do not know what has been done here.
