A very good and natual portrait of your wife! I think the skin tone is quite good!
As Rew said, the catchlight from the left softbox is outside the iris of the eye, and it looks like you have one to your high right.. I would probably lower the right one and bring it in just over your right shoulder and move the left one lower and closer to the background...

(701) [2008-12-17 13:26] Wonderful reflection and lighting! But if you went through all the trouble of framing and posting the picture why couln't you just clone out the object in the corner? (And write a note for that matter).
After reading that the reflection is done in PS, it needs improvement as it's clearly not finished...
