Hi Linda,
Normally I would have chosen the B&W as it usually is the image wich has more impact & character than its twin would have in colour. But in this case I do prefer the coloured version,I think it shows more details & I like the warmth from the interior lights.

Ron

It looks like the image is split into two halves Bryan ,dark at the right & light to the left and I like the effect of this panorama, love that mist & the single farmhouse, lovely landscape, love the rolling hills.

Greetings Gilles,
I like your artwork with this image,I think it proves that the electronic darkroom has a far greater range, using, & changing Pixels, than ever the chemical darkroom had with film.To me the digital age gives one the opportunity of developing an individual style of photographic image reproduction that expresses ones own personal unique style. Not everyone will agree with me but that's fine,I just enjoy the chance to hopefully take a good image then put ones own style on it ,just like you have. Greetings James, firstly is the effect achieved with this image because it is an HDR? not that it matters, it is a very dramatic visual image. I like that you have several horizon lines within the image, the flat foreground then the brighter reflections in the more brighter water to the top of the buildings & then finally that dramatic sky from the buildings tops to the top of the image, together make for one vibrant image.

Scenic landscape,Douglas, you have really captured the Highlands with this image.I guess it would have been magic if there had been a Piper playing in the valley below your POV.:)
