Amazing work - love the expressions and the clarity of the image.
Awesome texture, mood and colour to this image. It feels as if time has taken it's toll and yet it adds to the character of this building.
Another interesting shot - maybe the arm of the chair in the foreground could have been avoided but other than that another excellent moody B&W image.
Kind feel sorry for the statue, it looks so forlorn.
Very nice photo BD!!
The perspective and choice of B&W work very nicely. I would find this scene rather spooky at night though.
Those trees are amazing and I'd love to see a shot with them fully...um....."leafed"?!?!
Keep up the good work.
This is very similar to the work that Louise Berkett does.

Nice work nonetheless.
Very nice capture.
The contact with the cat via it's beautiful eyes is nicely done and I can't help but be drawn to them. I love the pose and the surroundings - very very cool feeling.
Well this is an nice little slice of NZ Hiphop history!! I love the colours and the two people passing by give it scale - nice work.
Do you have any more of this piece or any others from this era? I would love to see them.
Raymond.
Awesome work Bernard - composition, colour and mood all combine to make a very ethereal image.
I love the detail in the boulders which are a nice counterbalance to the movement of the water between and the waves beyond.
Me. I would have been paranoid about dropping my camera into the sea :o)
Hi Bernard!!
Well composed shot with a very dramatic feel to it thanks to wonderful moody cloud cover. I might have cloned out the log to the left of the foreground but that just my taste.
Keep up the great work!
Ray.

Hi Lu,
Nice camera - I use the same model.
The image has a very 80's feel to it with the graphic additions to the framing. Not too sure about the softness in the image but that is a personal preference and not a criticism of your technique.
As a suggestion I recommend picking up a F1.8 50mm prime lens which you can get relatively cheaply if under $200 is in your budget and they are well worth it for the sake of portraiture.
Keep up with the experimenting and never ever leave home without your camera.
Raymond.
