Yes, I do like this journalistic touch, too. Tells a story of hard times, a strong winter. The grain really strenghtens the mood and this vignette? Well, just don't care, more or less it's part of the story.
Bravo,
Rieke
Don't worry 'bout dozens of clicks and no comments, Sanja. It's a habit on this site.
Folks do cry for colours and the don't even see a good story just for the fact that stories, they don't cry. They don't even have to.
Really wonders nobody's got the bravery to write sth., maybe it's up to the frame that I do not like that much.
But the image tells a fairy tale, the misty mood, subdued colours, the slight murmur of the river.
Do like the way you composed it in halfs, Mario, creates a nice tranquility. Just lean back and start dreaming.
Wonderful image.
Cheers,

Hehe, without these 250 yrs lighting, one would mind being right back 250 yrs. Love the mood with the wt cobblestones, nobdy to be seen and the closed gate, the rail als giudance line... Woinderful.
Slaìnte,
Rieke
Well done, Nildo. Like the focus on the driver only and the rest blurred. Underlines the action...
Grand job and TFS,
Rieke
Lovely lights, Iwona. And these saturated colours.... hmmmmm... gives me a feeling of being in late spring, holidays at my parents...
Hihi, your shadow tries to hide behind the tree ;)

Oh, this is lovely. Do like the pastels of this erly day and the over all depth of your compo, Jim. Die view from a snail.... just great, overwhelming nature.

... tabac brasserie café, les balcons et façades, ouais, c'est Paris!
J'aime bien les couleurs et l'éclairage de la carotte.
Boul' Mich' dis-tu? C'est presqu'à deux pas d'ici... ;-)
Salut,
Rieke
Wonderful capture with this lonely boat..... Great day for sailing ;-)
Well done .... et bravo! pour le traitement en noir et blanc.
Cheers,
Rieke

Hi Tsilla,
to be honest, the 'film' is in fact a nearly grainless ISO 100/21° colour transparency film especially for portraiture and I would suggest to use this kinda frame for a single exposure only (26A -> 27)...
Cheers,
Rieke
