It's always fun to experiment and learn something new. I'm not sure that I would have adjusted the opacity so the brickwork showed through the character. To my mind it makes the process look obvious. If the character were not opaque, the image would be a little ambiguous, is it painted onto the wall or is it all artificial? More mystery... but that's a matter of personal preference. TFS.
What is there not to like about this image. There's the successfull capture of the stratas in the rock face. The contrast between the hardness of rock against the soft curves of the ripples. The lighting coming in from the top right. I may have darkened the image a little to enhance the contrast but that would just be my preference. The diagional framing, it's all fantastic!!

Scares me just thinking about it!
Nice colourful capture. Wonder if a motion blur shot could have also been made.
TFS.

I hope you weren't there the morning a group of us went up for a morning walk and someone set off their car alarm!
Cheers
No note, no comment - but I'll make an exception here.
Can I suggest that to make this photo work the horizons all need to be straight and on the same line.

Hi Daniel
Interesting and fun idea and nice colour. However the image would be much stronger if the pin (tack) lying across the centre were perfectly focused.

I can't believe there an old Morris Minor still surviving in the US!!! The gentleman who owns it is a remarkable man in his own right.
Great photo too :o)
