Hi maggie,

Welcome to Treklens. There r some fundamental mistakes in this photo.

1. Don't use the date stamp. Disable it permanently.
2. The horizon is tilted. Try to make it straight.
3. This type of photo needs to be bigger, Try to post bigger photo.
4. The light reflected on ur lens so some unwanted patch came on the photo.
5. Use some editing software to fix all these problems.

6. And last of all "The Photographer's Note" is very important. Always write something about ur photo.

Nice photoshop work. But i think the original photo itself is great. Nice POV. But i would suggest u if u could crop the photo from the left and bring the lamp more left. more note would be usefull.
