Very effective composition. The tree against the sky is nothing special, but the shadow on the snow is magical!
Sunset, water, silhouette and beautiful colours. What more could we ask for!
While it's a lovely, striking picture, I think it would have worked better with the swans more off towards one of the corners. It sits a little uneasily for me centered like this.
Goodness gracious, what a picture! This little fellow is captured in mid-flight and the image is very detailed. The motion of the wings communicates the energy of the insect well. The blurred background avoids distraction.
A well-composed shot. As you say, it conveys a sense of speed and the spartan surroundings prevent distraction from the object of interest. The only point that would have been an improvement (IMHO) would have been for the front of the car to be sharp instead of the middle and rear; but that's not really a fair criticism when the car is moving fast like this.
Your Buzkashi pictures have a wonderful, ethereal quality to them. I assume that this comes from the way that prepare them for presentation in your computer. The sky is a lovely contrast ot the action of the ground, and the composition almost seems to be painted.
A bit unusual, but definitely a keeper. Tightly cropping makes the composition completely abstract, and makes the viewer study it closely. In a sense, it might have worked better to have shot a different part of the body; the eye breaks up the flow of the lines.
I'm afraid I disagree with Joop. The sky is what makes this a good composition. The empty sky makes the little house and small and even more isolated than they might otherwise have been. A closer crop would have turned it into an uninteresting record of an anonymous building.

Powerful composition, with the figures in the foreground giving a sense of scale. Great exposure and range of tones.
