(91) [2006-04-12 8:42] Lovely picture! I like the effect of the indigo water, especially when compared to the original. Out of interest, what software did you use to create this effect, as I have tried similar many times and not been able to achieve this kind of result. TFS!

Not really sure about this photo Martina, its very blurred, not very interesting, and no note as to what it is about.
WAY too slow a shutter speed, and even with a tripod, the image would be no where near sharp enough.
My advice, would be always write a note about the picture uploaded, read critiques for other photo's as well as your own, and write your own for others.
I am no expert, but that's why I am here to learn and improve...
