Hi Karen, this is a magnificent work of art! It's up there with the professionals. The filter is very interesting I must look it up. The whole image is excellently lit with sharp and vibrant colours. The whole scene is sharp surrounded with blue sky and soft clouds. Excellent and would love to see more.

This is a different and wonderful pov of the Heron here Karen. The sheen and light on the plumage is very well rendered. The Heron can look so different in so many different guises and this is an excellent example. I love his fan tail and it seems impossible that he can balance on such a fine twig. Very well composed, I love it.
