wow...someone didn't like that vehicle.
Finding treasures like this are truely great subjects. The stories this photo tells. I like how you put in a little bit of color to show it's past glory as a racer of the roads.
The framing and composition of the shot makes me think that it is looking out to when it was driven and had fun. No more fun for this car, as it sits forgotten and scarred.
Thank you for this shot.
Sue,
I think you accomplished what you were going after. It is def. a dark mood piece. I love the contrast of the two different colored leaves, along with the water droplets, creates a moody, mystical type of piece. The different textures you introduce to the shot capture my attention as well. Well exposed and very contrasty...marvelous!
I enjoy finding treasures like this. Old, abandoned vehicles and bldgs are my favorate things to shoot. The composition sits well with this photo.
The photo to me is a tad on the dark side. I would like to see the engine bay opened up more to see detail in there.
Otherwise great shot and a great find!
Great shot. I enjoy the way you showed San Francisco life in motion. I have been playing alot lately with slow shutter speeds, trying to show life in motion, so that's why I am drawn to your photo. The colors and contrast are good and especially like the wide angle. Makes me miss SF.
I'm a sucker for rail photos. I like the selective focus on the meter in the lower right. Colors are great with perfect contrast. I also like the composition of the shot.
Now I like this shot. being off centered to the left balances it out.
Good shot Konie!
Very good motocross shot. It's awsome to see the sport I love in other countries. Living here in Southern California you tend to take Motocross for granted with the industry anchored here.
Me being half filipino, it's awsome to see MX in the PI.
The only critique I have of the shot is that since you are using that 70-200, I would have liked it a little closer on the rider. otherwise a great action shot.

This is a great shot of the moon. What makes it more amazing is that you got this shot handheld! Good job Mike. Your photography is coming along quite nicely.
