I like the way you have lit this photo it makes for an interesting effect, a technique that is worth experimenting with.

The child's face which is the main subject of this picture is a little out of focus, sharpening in APS might help with this.

I would be nice to know who the child is and what the photo is about, this would help to bring the picture alive.
