Was this guy playing a fiddle, by chance??? :D
So funny! And a little scary... ;)

Hee hee! Love the pov, Jon! Nice, minimal yet meaningful shot, with your note!
Gayle :)
This is great, Lakshmi. You can read so much into the little bit of body language that we see here. Your sepia tones are very nice! I'm amazed at how smooth her skin is!

Clear, sharp, vivid and great leading lines, Janice. Wonderfully composed, except maybe for the top of the masts being cut off, but I only notice that because I'm looking really hard. :)

Love those dense, strong verticals, Kurt, and the cooling filter has created some nice tones.
Compliments!

Very cool idea, Anne. And it's sweet knowing that these are your son's shoes (and his legs, I assume). My older son had a pair just like these, so that stirs up nice memories for me too!
Good luck in the Challenge! :D

Hi, Pierre! Can you see me waving from 2 hours away? :D
This does have that early morning sunlight feeling - very nice "catch." Yes, Memphis has made huge changes in the past few years, and the downtown area is really coming back to life! Little Rock's downtown area is in the same fix, on a smaller scale, but it's following the same path.
Have you gone to the Rendezvous? Seen the ducks in the lobby of the Peabody? There's currently an exhibit of Annie Leibovitz at the Brooks Museum, I believe, if you like her work. I've been wanting to get over there to visit that one...
Oh, yeah, you're working...enjoy on the off hours!
Gayle :)
