The other "lemon shot" sugeested the happyness of spring due to the yellow light. This one is nice too, but I like the other better...

Your pomegranate is a bit to small relative to the picture area, while the background is very "crowded".

Hi, Jean! This is a very interesting shot: as you mentioned it's almost b&w - BUT IS NOT! The blue reflexion on the water and the large perspective gives an atmosphere of sadness & lonelyness & silence. It would be pitty if there were more colour! I like this picture very much!
