Very nice. I really like the compo with the open palm and the pills scattered about. The desaturation works nicely as well in this case...usually I'm totally against it. Quite a simple and interesting image. Well done.

It's nice that you try to experiment with photography...I used to do it a lot when I began fiddling around with this hobby. I really like this shot for the subject itself...the glass of beer. On the technical side, there can be lots of improvements made. I don't care for the central placement and the hot lights here and there distract from the viewing. I propose a crop. For more, look at the workshop.

MAN, this is one SEXY shot...I've got something for good looking feet. The compo is excellent IMO and the pastel colors of the background work well with your...hmmmm...subject. Excellent, excellent work. Well done!

Excellent, informative note, but the image itself is quite dissapointing. What you've got here, basically, is a baby deer. Now, you were shooting from above (big NO NO compo wise). I really wish I could see the animal running around a field or something. Also, you cropped off one of its feet. Anyway, great note, but the image needs work.

Quite an interesting animal, but given the fact that the bat itself is a total mass of blackness with no features visible, it makes it hard for me to apreciate the photo. I wish you pulled out a bit more detail so we can actually see your subject. Compo is fine IMO, but the background needs to be blurred a little more as well.

This is very cool. I like the angle and tilt, the grain from the film is another nice touch and the overall emptiness of the scenery makes for a very effective photo. This is excellent photography. Well done.

This is really nice. I usually enjoy high key shots with a lot of negative space if they are well done...and this one certainly is. Great position of your subject plus the fact that we can see bits and pieces of the floor as well. Excellent work.

I've looked at this image a few times before I sat down to write these words. On the compo side you did excellent: subject and angle both work well for this subject matter. The sunset colors contrast nicely with the artifical spiderweb. Now...to my eye anyway, this image looks very soft. Maybe it was the NI or maybe it was the fact that you didn't use a tripod. Now, the subject is static so there is no reason for it to be soft. If it were moving and you needed to freeze the motion I would understand...but here the softness spoils the shot. Also, with a tripod in place you can shoot at low ISO and therefore no need to use NI (try Noise Ninja...a much better program than NI).

Hmmm...from the thumbnail this image jumped right out, but once it opened to full side it's well...kinda cool! I really like the soft DOF you generated here as it fits the subject incredibly well. The background is nice as well. Anyway, very cool.

Amazing documentary shot. I really like the kids standing in front of the barbed wire...a scene like this can only be set in SEA. Excellent reportage work. Well done.
