he sure looks majestic, perhaps a slight crop of the right side would balance his posture somewhat. excellent sharpness and color, the dark background serves the composition well
a fine achievement with several types of geometrical shapes put together. too bad it is a bit noisy (try some software to remove it, like neat image) and i would have liked to see more of the yellow wall on the right hand to balance to composition.

oooh, i like this one, it brings about a feeling of abandonment and loss, and then there is that crisp look of most nikon d70 shots (i want one!) i like the little bird on one of the wires. one has to look real close to see it, the only sign of life. the wire that cuts across the building is i bit disturbing (parhaps a case for the clone tool?) but it is only a minor thing.
congrats on a great one, and by the way, i like the color one better than the b&w over att te.

a beautiful shot of a quaint setting, a good choice to have the withered boat in the foreground. however, the horizon is tilted and a bit of tweaking of levels in ps could alter the slightly dull grey colors.

Hi Katie
At first I thought this was from some art exhibition, but then I read the title of the photo and realized what it is. An inventive macro shot, a bit grainy, but still a fine accomplishment.

A stunning architectual shot and b&w hightens the sense of shape and form - simply wonderful and inspirational.

Pictures of red roses are more than common, almost cliché, but this is a new take on the topic, and a very good one. I like the shallow DOF and the drops of water that add character.
Well done Gal
A really nice effect and creative post processing. It looks like a swirling eye. Well done Marcello!

beautiful one lukas, the low perspective gives the basket and arching look against the sky, which imo is a tad bit too saturated, but nontheless a fine achievement
