Hi Magda,
hierdie is so pragtig.
I love those various colours on the maize kernels. I wonder if it would not look even better if you tried to take this shot again without the flash. Maybe the use of daylight only. The flash leaves quite a harsh shadow and the light is reflected on the kernels....that draws my eye, while I would like to take in the lovely patterns and reds.
It is a wonderful subject though. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Manrique,
I followed the link from Janice to you and looked at your 'Star' and 'Natural Beauty'. Wonderful simplicity. But my eye caught the above image. Such a lovely composition and with the eye being led along a curve to stop and enjoy each flower and move on again.
Verrry nice.

Oh wow, Janice,
This looks like a woven carpet of nature still on the loom.....the way the field undulates with those stunning colours and ending in the row of trees makes for such an engrossing image.....so very special.
Well seen.

Hi,
Very interesting shot, but I did not get it. All I see is an empty chair behind a mesh fence.
Explain the meaning to me?

Hello Sue. Wonderful colours and contrasts of the pink and yellows. Those petals swirl one into the centre. I agree with cleocat. If you want reality leave the aphid but if you want romance and perfection you need to take it. I personally would remove it. Grand shot. Regards, Irmgard
Interesting picture, Mikolaj. I like the colour of the terracotta roof offset by the blue petrol tank on the bike. Did you use a special lens? Regards, Irmgard

Hi Waldemar,
Great shot of the old steamer. I like the contrast of the white steam being blown of and the dark smoke from the stack. Well captured.
