I've already told you about how beautiful is your eye. So I will not do it again...
New camera? Olympus? I have just bought a new camera, an Olympus SP-570. Tomorrow, in Crete, I will try it! (not on my eye...)
bye, have a good summer!
I don't know the exact name of this insect, but I can tell you that surely it's a fly. I know, it resembles a bee, or a wasp, but you can notice the big, composite eyes: these are typical of flyes. It is a so called "false-wasp" (I don't know exactly the specie), the evolution gift it a black and yellow painted body, therefore it appears like a dangerous insect, so the birds will not eat it! a simple surviving trick...
By the way, good picture
Beautiful picture... and very beautiful rose. My compliments to the photographer (also for her backyard)
unluckily the left one doesn't have his neck curved... otherwise the photo would have been perfect!
beautiful tiger cat with green eyes
My black cat is photogenic too... but she isn't so happy to be a star... she doesn't appreciate photos... but sometimes I could take pictures of her when she's sleeeping.
Beautiful eye... (but I've already told you when I saw it in the real world) This pictures point out the colour of your iris. Good work.
Ciao
Hi Molly,
Beautiful colours. I particularly appreciate this non common "salmon-pink" tone.
Keep taking pictures! I'm awaiting for more...

[Sunsets on the sea are spectacular... and not visible to all.
Two condition are required:
1) obviously the sea..
2) (also obviously) the sea must be west respect to observer
Luckily my home point of view possess both conditions...]

Beautiful. I really like the original position of the sun (in every sunset picture i saw, it is always in center!). From the right to the left, this picture gives me the idea of something like a travel from the light to the darkness...
PS: answering to your question, yes, I started using my new camera, but I still have to learn all the functions and options...
