You have a wonderful eye for images worthy of a photo. Even though you used PP to push the results where you liked, the basics look worthy enough.

I have Photoshop CS but have done so little with it that I tend to be leery about using it except for the most basic "removing dust/scratches" sort of things. One day I shall try learning more but for now my landscapes stay pretty much as is (much in the way you normally like yours to be).

I believe you have a very fine grasp of many PP techniques! This is also an excellent choice for B&W. I love the old mountaineering photos here in the Canadian Rockies of the old mountaineers/pioneers pushing routes up to a mountain summit with storm clouds in the background.

Definately, a sharper image could have helped out this image some but the colors are absolutely beautiful!
This has prompted me to try carrying my camera in my backpack to work on mornings when a chinook is blowing in, so hopefully I may take a few colorful photos like this.

I think Vook is a pretty observant guy... lol

Fabulous shot! That must have taken more patience than I usually have.

Excellent photo! B&W is an excellent choice for this as well.
This photo really helps show a sad realism that can easily pervade an otherwise everyday common looking scene.
