You are actually good. I think your composition is nice and you can draw something out from your model. A little bit of post-processing can improve your picture but as they come out of the camera, I already like them.

What beautiful colours. Howver, it is quite hard to focus. I suggest that you make the border white. The one you're using now is distracting, IMHO. :)

The flash is unflattering. I would crop it even tighter from all sides. Great colors.
