I nearly wanted to give 2 points, but, sorry, couldnt..
Technically, the photo is perfect, but i was staring at it for a good while, trying to understand, what the hell is bothering me.
First of all, for me, the picture looks a bit too plain. With all the lovely reflection in the water, there still is a feeling for me that somethig is missing...
The other thing, which has nothing to do with your technigue, is that the closest wall here is in a shadow, and for some reason i found that distracting..
Dunno, maybe you could try to snap just the reflection in the water, maybe try a lower POV..
But any other way - technically its a petfect photo.

The ship is blurred, because it was moving, but why is the background blurred as well?
I dont see the EXIF data for this photo, but you might try to lower the ISO, make a longer exposure and press shutter with a timer to avoid camera shake, when you press on it :)

The photo is not that bad, BUT - the trees and bushes in front are overexposed comparing to the city in background... and 1 sec exposure is not enough.
Maybe lower ISO, less aperture, zoom on the town.....
