Hi, Linda -
Never thought I'd see Houston get a big snow before Pittsburgh does! Great image - the fading sunlight warmly lights the sky and gives just a hint of a glow to the snow on the wonderfully shaped roofs. The tree on the right provides a nice organic feel in silhouette. Well done.
Hello, Arman -
What makes this shot special is the how the light falls across her - it gives the image an almost spiritual feel. She's a great subject with lots of character; her details are sharply shown. Your note is very moving. My one small observation is that the crop may be a bit too close to her foot on the left side of the frame, but it is a very small issue and the overall image is great. Well done.
Hi, Roger -
Unbelievable car, and you show it to great advantage here. I never would have thought to crop off the front and back, but it really works - good vision to conceive that approach. The bars provide nice vertical graphics and their rigid lines nicely contrast with the sexy curves of this powerful car. Great work!
Hi, Trudy -
Missed this one - I love the sweetness and peace conveyed here. Great idea to use b&w - it gives the image a classic feel. Nice soft lighting and sharp details. Glad you left the shadow - it's a nice authentic touch. Very nice addition to the Friday theme. Well done!
Hello, Teresa -
This is such a superb and unusual portrait. The way her head is angled in the frame is wonderfully artistic; the light in her one visible (and enormous) eye is a thing of wonder. The shadows and light in the b&w presentation create a fantastic mood and underscore her smooth, delicate features. Lovely note, too.
Hello, Ra -
Fantastic reflection shot, beautifully composed to create an "oval" in the center. Very warm colors and sharp details. Very well seen and captured!
Hello, Mario -
This is a very special image - the rolling, furrowed field shows fantastic sharpness of detail and nice natural graphics; the lone chapel with its few surrounding trees is perfectly placed to the right-of-center in the frame. Warm colors, wonderful mood. Excellent!
Hello, Rajasekar -
This is a wonderful low light shot. Looks like you used a narrow aperture and slow shutter speed, based on the "starring" of the ceiling lights. The distortion caused by the wide angle lens does not detract from the image, in my opinion; rather, the wide angle provides a sense of the large space in the room. Wonderful colors, very sharp. Well done.
Hello, Paras -
Beautiful macro featuring these crystalline droplets shimmering with light. The surface of the gingko leaf makes a perfect stage for the drops and adds wonderful natural graphics. The light is at a nice angle to highlight the drops. Very nice work.

Hi, Trudy -
Love it! Great expression on her face, beautiful profile; the sunlight and shadows are nicely managed, the flowers and ribbons so colorful and sharp. Very well-captured moment.
