Well, what can I say, it's a beauty, to see the development in picture form from egg to chick has been brilliant!

A big moment in mum and dad's life too, when you realise your child is turning into a man, definitely a decisive moment, great picture!

Indeed it is funny, call them what you will, I've heard them called God rays, divine light, or for the more technical there's volumetric light or even crepuscular rays, one things for sure, they are always strikingly beautiful!

Interesting fact: although these rays appear to converge to a point, it's actually an optical illusion, just like a road converges to a vanishing point in the distance!

We certainly do need a boost Joan, and very welcome it is too, such beautiful colours, and a great composition, now that the shortest day has passed we can look forward to a bit more colour entering our lives!

Yes, great cloning work here, I hate cloning, especially large areas, so can appreciate the effort here, a feel of springtime just when we need it!

Interestingly shot Walter, the metalwork adds a lot of impact here, I love the deep blue of the sky, could do with some of that right now!
