(433) [2008-06-05 23:05] The colour is nicely captured but what I think is missing is the detail that is lost from your downsizing the image. Please keep it as close as possible to the 200k limit and you may not see the Jpeg artifacts in the shadow areas. Please repost it if you can.

Strong elements work well together, if one should nitpick then I would say the tree might be slightly isolated better if possible such that it is not competing withe rocks across the bay.
