Hello Jean, you do beautiful work but I saw this image languishing with no feedback so I decided to have my way with it.
Bumped the midtone greens up and also yellow highlights. Ran it through neat image for minor sharpening, then used the lighting effects under "render" in PS filters. Selected "2 o'clock spotlight" +32 intensity +91 wide angle.
It seems a little more interesting 8^)
Hi Greg, you've got a sleeper here, I like it a lot. The low-res camera seems to accentuate the ancient mossy feel, and the framing of receding objects is superb. I'm a sucker for a blue sky though, so I did a workshop with adjusted highlight and midtone colors. Good job Sir.
Oh yes, a perfect turquoise sky with a puffy little cloud train moseying across, the postcard copper and tile roofs, and then you enhanced it with the gold trim in the frame.
Very very nicely done
It's a beautiful rose Jeff but stand back from the image (or look at the thumbnail) and compare the balance side to side, top to bottom. Can you see how it's much heavier on the left and bottom? I believe that is what Luis is pointing out, try to recrop the original with more balance...doesn't have to be perfectly symetrical, but the overall effect of the crop should enhance, not detract from the subject.
Good shot mister 8^)

Love the colors Jeff, it's got a hint of Morpheus butterfly in it. Good job,
now get off the phone and drive 8^)
