Diligence pays off here, as you found an optimal POV. Great colors, good DOF. One tiny nitpick, I would have liked some cropping of the sky, to put the line of the hills closer to halfway up the image. But I love this image.

Line + color = atmosphere. I like the way the train tracks dip into the distance, and the way that elegant building in the back ground counters that curious mechanism in the foreground, which has such personality.
