Excellent capture, colours & exposure are spot on, nice and sharp and the compo is really nice, really great work as the static pots in the background contrast really well with the faster moving (motion blurred) pottery wheel.

Excellent sharpness, wish you hadn't clipped it's wings but I know how hard it is to photograph them. He looks like he has a real purpose in his eyes.

perhaps a little more shaprness and contrast would enhance the wrinkles
