I like the grass foreground on this photo. I felt that the Sun's reflection is way to bright. But still a good photo to me. Try to increase the f# and have a longer exposure. A tripod is a must on that.

Nice composition, color of the building is superb but the lack on focus on the clouds. You can add the F number for this. You can also crop out the leaves on the lower left or add more of it for the composition.
