Yup, it is very rare for the clouds to show up here in the UAE. Ganda ng capture! The sky's color is very vibrant!
As rewshearer have mentioned, I also find the tilt a little distracting..I think it would be much more effective if you keep your horizons straight..one more thing..the cropping on the sides are a little bit too tight..only my opinion, po..

Beautiful shot! The past and the future, side by side to me only means Drama!Drama!Drama!
The black & white made it more effective but I suggest to make it a little softer kasi parang scary na sya eh..(suggestion lang po).
