Schizophrenia truly is a horrible disease, and its almost like a silent killer. You can have it and not even be aware of it.

This is an excellent shot. It makes me feel scared, like im walking down the street and this girl is about to aproach me. It also makes me feel sad for this poor girl, and curious as to where her loved ones are and why they arent taking care of her.

This is excellent. I love it!

This is Magnum Photos quality. How would you feel about me purchasing a large print of it from you?

Pawel, you are one of the best photographers on this site. Period. Its the dead honest truth, and its a shame that you dont get more praise.

This is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.

How is this a film shot if you took it with a digital camera?

Wow, this is good. Hard to believe that its just ambient light. Excellent. I love the framing, lots of negative space. Very good. Roger, are you a professional? Your work is definitely pro caliber.

Wow, only 6 points. What a shame. This is an excellent picture.

Quite powerful, breathtaking.

Thanks for supporting the effort Linda. Like I said yesterday, I DO love film, but at the same time, I also LOVE digital. I LOVE IT! I think they are both EXCELLENT mediums in their own right. And I think they both posess a quality that is unique. No medium is necessarily "better". Can a Holga take a better picture than a Canon 1Ds MkIII? Maybe. Can a disposable take a better picture than a Hasselblad H3D? Of course.

Photography is both an art, and a science, and there is no right or wrong way to do things. Your medium is just the tool, the means to an end. There is no right or wrong way to do things.

I also think its ignorant for people to say "film is dead, I dont want or need to learn how to use film." Why not? Why not learn different techniques and methods. If you truly love photography, you will WANT to learn different methods, so that you may become better and more fluent with your craft.

Well thats my opinion anyway, ill step off my soapbox now.

Thanks for the support linda. This is a beautiful image. The lights is amazing, and what blows my mind is the sharpness at ISO 800. You cant get THAT in digital. The colors are vivid and the detail is very nice. Well done.

Yeah, I second Fortuna, I would give this a Texas Excellence Award as well. And since im from texas, that counts double! The DOF here is astonishing, and the clouds and the light, it almost looks 3D.

An Excellent landscape!

Whew, when I saw the picture of Brittany I got excited, but then when I saw the texture I was severely dissapointed. I dont know bro, just seems a bit cheesy to me. The picture is excellent, but I just dont care for the texture.
