A beautiful face captured here, with good light and perfect colours.
I guess nobody else has noticed but to me it looks like your shutter speed + focal length have left you with some camera-shake, even with PP sharpening it doesn't look as sharp as it should be.
Beautifully cropped though and an image certainly worth sharing.
