J'aime cette lumière... cette composition est belle et ces enfants main dans la main... ces points de jaune....

Merci pour cette émotion....

The same street but now with other acters. You took so great place to save the moment. The right house is ruined and that gives and special atmosphere to this photo. The kids looks so alone there on this windy place. So melanchonic picture.

Belle composition avec un bel éclairage, Sylvie. Ces enfants ont l'air si petits par rapport à leur entourage que nous pouvons les sentir vulnérables. Belles couleurs et clarté d'image. Bravo!

A fine image. The sea set off by the rough path, the decrepit building and the couple coming up, what a story!
I wish the heads of the larger figure did not obstruct the boat behind.
Good photograph nevertheless.

Nice photograph, I like that two small figures climbing up the road.

I have just been through your entire Cap Verdian series so far and I think this may be my favorite. And here is why. It depicts the place well showing the land the sea and some human dwellings. But it also has people in it. That is what all travel photography should be like. All shots without people can be pretty but there is something lacking, and when you concentrate on just the people we often miss the surroundings. And it is nicely composed with the houses framing the sea.
