Wht hesitating? Technically I think (but I'm not a photographer...) i s good and the pov also... But most of all the colors and the atmosphere are just superb Sylvie... I like the contrast between the colors of the island and the colors of the sea...
For me, and with this title, it is full of emotion...

Glad to see you are back Sylvie. This is a lovely view. How nice you were able to visit your grandmother's birthplace. Maybe rotate a bit as the horizon is crooked. The colours are nice and strong.

Photo très bien composée pour bien montrer que cette petite ville est construite à flanc de montagne et pas nécessairement très accessible. Belle couleurs et lumière. Bravo!

Pourquoi ne pas poster cette photo ? Le paysage est magnifique, une douceur dans les couleurs et une très bonne composition.
La photo idéale pour les amoureux de la nature.
LA couleur de l'avant plan me plait, ce brun irait très bien sur ma palette.

a real WOW place and shot. I'd cropp the bottom because it is hard anyway to estimate the depth in front of your position. TFS

J'imagine l'émotion de trouver la place de ta grand-mère, dans ces îles éloignées. La photo montre bien ce qu'est cette place au-dessus de la mer.

Such a nice and compact island :)
I like the atmosphere of the water and mountains. Nice houses, one orange, one blue, one yellow... :)
And the high point of view works best, I think.

Salut Sylvie,
Je viens de découvrir en 1ère page de TL ton travelogue que je n'ai malheureusement pas le temps de lire maintenant, mais je note...
Cette photo me parle tout spécialement, comme j'ai passé quelques jours au Cap Vert il y a bien longtemps, mais c'est comme ça que je me souviens ces îles.
L'architecture est très intéressantes,
