Hey!
Nostalgy for Cape Verde... With such a beautiful sky and scene (filled with so many different shades of blue), I can understand the nostalgy!
I like the two little orange details, the life ring and whatever the other one is.
Great feeling of depth as the boat heads towards the mountains and the lonely island in the middle of it all.
Great one!

Sous les couleurs bleu, blanc, rouge, tu nous offres une superbe composition, Sylvie! Avec
l'île à l'horizon, la lumière jouant les éclaireurs et des nuages en cortège, voilà une bien jolie promenade au pays de ta grand-mère! Qui donc a écrit : "La mélancolie c'est le bonheur d'être triste"? Hugo, je crois! Je pense que cette phrase convient bien à ta photo!

Je suis attiré par cette photo, te dire pourquoi c'est une autre chose, c'est peut être l'avant plan avec ses différentes formes géométriques où les montagnes qui étaient mon loisir ? ...
L'ensemble donne une belle vue et c'est l'ensemble que je dois commenter , donc en toute logique je trouve cette photo belle.

wow, i didn't know you had a grandmother from the capeverde islands! this is great :))
there is still a mystery-feeling around those islands, i would like to visit them one day ( love the music of Cesaria Evoria !)

The mood, your story and love for your GrandMother.. the view that reminds me so much of an island I love , more to the North, Tenerife..than just being back from a Cruise on the Méditerranée .. all this is combined in your nice photo , I do admire. TFS and have a good weekend
