[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
i posted this photo on my TE and TN as well, i think its a very important one, showing how serious global warming is, for those who arent taking it really seriously and think its a joke...
I was in our farm one day this summer, the area was all green and colorful, very pretty!
and all the sudden ther was this really big area of unplanted dry land which caught my attention...
and made me ralise how we are damaging our earth with our own hands, day after day and how important the global wariming issue is and how ppl need pay attention to it more, and take it more seriously, try to do something about it to fix it, not make it even worse, using up even more petrol and more energy than the amount we really need, and us up natural reasources that take ages to be formed...
like most of us are doing these days...
nature gave us many gifts but we need to learn how to use them wisely...

hope you liked it, let me know what you think =)

Amazing textures in the earth captured here - I like it. The strong light indicates a harsh sun beating down on it.
Nice work,

Dave

I like this shot. The colour works well and exaggerates the cracks.
Well done.

i like the details, and i've noticed about you that you like squarish frames :) so, medium format photography will suit you best :) heheh :)

this is a good post and a good note to go along :)

Hey quiet girl,

You know what- though your note hits close to home and my concerns, I can't feel worried at the moment, I've set aside all cynicism because I like the image far too much! The beauty of it, is distracting. :) This isn't bad, we'll call it 'beautiful relief' :)

The details are nicely captured... I especially like the different tones in shadow caught by the depth of the cracks. This image reminds me of skin. TFS.

Biance.
