[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Same nun as yesterday. But with some more details of her "aged" face. The smile she gave me just before she left. You feel bad when you realise you cannot help.

Even when you have some medication that could help you must be reluctant to give it because it is very difficult to explain the instruction we have to use medication properly.

Washing your hands before using eye drops for instance, keep it cool to avoid growth of bacteria, the amount of drops per days ... very difficult to communicate. Clean water helps in many cases but even for that advice you need clean water, a fire to boil etc. ... in the western world everywhere available. For many African people an impossible luxury.
