Her eyes and expression really dominate this shot - it's really quite powerful!

The low POV works well, a real shame about the woman behind, and her cropped hand on the left.

Did you do some curves, gamma, or other levels adjustment here? It looks a little as if you had to lighten some shadows to bring out her features, although your note doesn't mention anything.
