This is a beautiful image. The eyes are searching and piercing despite the obvious tiredness.
The oranges and yellow work really well and although the face is centred and front on the picture works really well. The skin texture is great and the hair frames the face well.
Did you really mean 30 deg C or 30 deg F?
Life is tough for some folk. How dare we moan!

nice composition, I like the expression in her face , the vivid colours she is wearing offsets the almost grey background. Nice depth of field, well done.
