[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Again from my recent trip to the Gambia (see other images on my trekearth pages) this was my taxi porter shot against a whitewashed wall for max contrast. Used a flash, decreased saturation, increased contrast, sharpened eyes only.

Excellent portrait... agree with Annagrace... the asexual nature of this portrait adds to the interest. Job description implys Male, Pink Hat implys Female, Face gould go either way.

Nice portrait. MI like the idea of sharpening the eyes but the reflectionin the pupils is maybe too complex and I would be tempted to remove or tone down some of it.

But can it be that your rating is so high, because every other day this photo turns up at the start-up screen under 'featured destinations'?
I wonder how TL webmasters do this. I see every time the same photos getting loads of exposure.
