Nalut Castle - the castle with its excellent engineering contruction was built during many incient historic stages, the first of these was the beginning dated back in the seventh century B.C. (text from a sign on the castle)

Hello Achim.
Not much left of a "Castle", but a nice picture it is.
Lybia has a special place in my memories as I was there in 1986 -87.
During the short 'Rade' of USA F16 atack my wife was there too, we could not go home for two weeks as the International airport was closed. Seen many damagings of that rade.
I was based at Tobruk that time.
