i am not sure how this gambling works, but surely it conveys the uncertainlity of the wheels of fortunes. Mood conveyed well here with the darkness and the partial light.

They call it "Tourniquet" and it is a local version of the casino roulette. it is made out of a bicycle wheel turning it's axis and when it stops, a needle will point at the winning number. The greatness of this picture is that it is taken from the "other side", not the player's side.
