On the main road in Mali you will find frequently roadblocks. Police or Army wants to see you ID card and/or requests some money to pass. That's Africa too. Sales man and woman will try to sell you on those places what you sometimes need or do not need at all. So make your choice when you meet this man .. or try to get rid of him. That's Africa too.
