[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
reposting that image i've posted in the beginning of my treklens career. choose the original as an starting point and did a few things not as i did them in the first version.

i cloned out a few spots, did not that strong sharpening, colour more sandy, contrast a bit fewer...

what do you think??? ;-)




Taken on a dune near the atlantic coastline of Mauretania between Nouadhibou and Nouakchott.

We stayed 3 very windy and sandy days there, had our camp on the foot of that dune i climbed and put the Austrian flag on. We are about 15m above sea level - i really don't know how the huge ammount of shells came there... and who put the timber into the dune???
