changed angle, horizon is in level now.

did a few changes in saturation, colour balance and contrast, framed.

thanks for the comments to first post, i think i worked some things into that now.

On "The Beach" between Nouakchott and Nouamghar, Islamic Republic of Mauritania.

After a very hard trip I did this shot just meters in front of a key stage. We had to drive through the Atlantic Ocean with our cars, unable to see rocks or muddy sand because of the water, after rocky step about 40cm high - almost unable to climb with a car.

Even if this blue Mercedes looks wreckt, is fixed with duct tape, plum and ratchet straps; needed 17 liters of oil driving 6000km he's still living his fourth live in Atar, Mauritania.

This is the last image i've got from this car, I sold in the evening....

Nice composition and funny title as well.

Nice shot, Martin! Great composition with the car way to the left, ready to disappear from the image. Your choice of sepia works fine here, better than the original. Excellent picture!!!

Hi Martin!
Luci

nice compo, the sepia is well choosen.

Hello Martin... I like orginal version and also final version... Whole composition is great... Details on ground are impressive and make photograph impressive...

A definate improvement from the original Martin, thought it would work, judging by the response it is !
Matt.

this one is beeter than as your first version martin!!
have a nice day man!!

I don't really care for car photo's but I like this. You created the worn-out atmosphere with this rusty colours. I feel sorry for it. A road through the ocean? Nicely captured.

The original version was good but this one is excellent, Martin! Everything is great: the tilt giving more of sense of the car going over, the sepia tone bringing lot of richness to the colour of the sand; the composition with the sea on the left, the sand & sand dunes on the right. Finally, that car makes me sad as I know it is the end of its live even if some people are still driving it around. Well done!

Coooll!!! Superb, truts me, this is an incredible and cool photo, i like the way u cave captured the light of the sun over the car and the beach, nice composition, colors, contrast and balance. Excellent =).

Very nice shot Martin. Well composed, nice sepia tones, interesting scene...
